Join JHTU for Bugs, Beer, and Banter with TU’s Director of Engagement Partnerships, Maggie Heumann, and JHTU emeritus board member, Jay Buchner.
Attendees will help create a macroinvertebrate teaching collection for our Adopt-a-Trout program and other educational events while honing their bug ID skills for this upcoming fishing season.
Participants will dive into the world of aquatic insects by sorting real specimens and carefully placing them into vials. All materials will be provided, just come curious and leave bug-savvy while supporting macroinvertebrate education across JHTU programs.
